Kitchen Adventures: Pizza Bites

When I came across this recipe, I knew we had to try it. Yep, I said "we"... Anything that has to do with dough is a together project, cause me and dough... we don't get along!  Plus, husband is the one that got the fancy new bread maker for Christmas. (I'm not jealous at all:))

We followed the recipe the best we could.  We didn't have cubed mozzarella, but shredded worked just fine, and we were also out of honey, but agave nectar did the trick.  Look how pretty they turned out!
This recipe was very solid, and they tasted great.  My only tip would be to stuff them more full than you think you should... the more filling the better!  I am excited to try this again and fill them with other pizza-like toppings (we stuck with pepperoni and cheese).

Have you found any good recipes lately?

  1. Where did you find the recipe? You should post it. They look soo yummy! I've been following Closet Kitchen and I made the Buffalo Chicken Chowder the weekend before last, it was soooo good! Especially if you like hot wings and bleu cheese!
